Night Classes


I will return to night classes in October 2014

A series of 4 week cookery night classes are proposed during October/November at the following centres:

Monday – Mallow area, Nano Nagle Centre, 6th, 13th, 20th October and Monday 3rd November, 2½ hours per night, 7.30-10pm.  Information and enrolment evening Monday 29th September at 8pm.  For course content, please see blog

Tuesday – Macroom area, Riverside Park Hotel, 7th, 14th, 21st October and Monday 4th November, 2½ hours per night, 7.45-10.15pm.  Information and enrolment evening Tuesday 30th September at 8pm.  For course content, please see blog

 Wednesday – Tralee area, St Marys and St Brendans Pastoral Centre, 8th, 15th, 22nd October and Monday 5th November, 2½ hours per night, 7.45-10.15pm.  Information and enrolment evening Monday 29th September at 8pm.  For course content, please see blog

Information and enrolment evenings are of 30 minute duration only, it is important to attend or contact us by phone or email prior to enrolment
Nightly handouts are distributed.  
Food tasted by participants nightly

Course content
1) Bread making (spelt), stocks, sauces, soups
2) Bread making (healthy), simple hot and cold starters
3) A sugar free confection and fish cooking
4) Deserts - vegetarian and meat cooking


Some pre Christmas dates are available to charities for 'Seasons Eatings' November/December.  Call or email for details

Autumn

The next series of night classes will be in Autumn, commencing the week of Monday 29th September to 2nd October.  Proposed locations are Mallow, Macroom and Tralee, the duration is 4 week 2hrs 30mins per night - more details later.

As always we are available to Carnival/Festival committees to present an evening of gourmet cooking as a fundraiser, and to any primary school who would like to hose 'Seasons Eatings' an evening of Christmas cooking in November/December
